I started cycling during lock down and got totally addicted. After a few rides I was hooked. Not just hooked to riding my bike, but hooked to learning about the sport of cycling in general.

I grew up in a society where cycling was not a thing. Coming to the UK changed my view and style of life.  At first, I was riding my bike to avoid traffic jams and to save time. But during lockdown I started riding more frequently and got into cycling a little more.

I am now primarily a social rider. I come from a running background where I was a fairly successful veteran track runner.
